Help Needed: Using Variables in /call API Metadata

@Team - I'm not able to use variable - sent in the metadata of /call API - inside the agent. I have tried all the formats I can think of but it is not working. NEED HELP URGENTLY! {name} {{name}} {contact.name} {contact.email} ${name} {{name}} [name] [[name]] $[name] {$name}
