Hey team Thoughtly - real quick - trying to find out best practices for multiple build outs of bots for businesses. I currently have 5 builds going and im trying to transition the rest of my work over to thoughtly from another platform. I am chatting to someone in the support but I havent heard back about the recommendation they made around using seperate teams - but I cant find a 'teams" button - do they just mean seperate accounts?.

so they are working on an agency portal at the moment, but its not released
For now, you can have the customer create their account using your referral link. Once that's done, add the email associated with your original tenant to the new customer tenant—this will let you easily switch between accounts. This approach also keeps billing separate for each customer while still ensuring you receive your referral reward. If you’re looking to manage everything under a single tenant, you may need to wait for the upcoming Agency plan.
Another helpful feature is that you can copy bots between accounts. So, if you build a bot in your account, you can easily transfer it to your customer’s account.
