Is there a price tag for this, or do you realize that the more partners you have with customers, the more you will make too?

Does this mean accessing the Agency version of Thoughtly?

Agencies can use the platform at the normal cost and build out their own custom dashboards or reporting portals, but our out-of-the-box whitelabel dashboard will not be free. That said, it's not required to be an agency on Thoughtly

To me it's mainly the ability to build integrations to 3rd party systems like ERP systems, sales systems, order systems etc which will open a lot of doors to customers, which in turn will generate revenue to you too. That can't be done without having control of a domain with CNAME because then I will not be able to verify "ownership" of the service.

You should be able to use the Webhook actions in Automations or Mid-Call (v1.8) to do that / hit unsupported API

It doesn't work like that. Then I will not open up for more sales via their 3rd party integrations. When the vendors want to verify ownership of the service, they usually want companies to add TXT records that they can validate. I don't control the Thoughtly domain, hence the need for a CNAME pointing to the Thoughtly app domain.

That sounds like a ton of work on your side, no? If you have, say, one client who requires a NetSuite integration, you could have the API actions up within minutes. To directly integrate a new software into Thoughtly, even with the whitelabel dashboard, you'd have to eventually use our Integration Toolkit, making it available for everyone. Kind of like if you wanted to add a new software to Zapier. That is a very long, complicated process for everyone

Nah, once it's integrated and verified it will just be there. This is not Zapier. There actually IS a market outside of the US. Not all companies use Zapier, GHL etc. (and no serious company with more than 10 employees would even imagine to use GHL - if I would suggest that, they would laugh). No, what I am referring to are e.g. sales systems with national companies. Every country have their own laws for handling this and how to book sales of whatever kind. There is no universal / standard way of handling it, yet SME companies use these systems. So validating an integration is key, otherwise I (and you) can forget about that. I tried to explain that in the mega mail I sent to you.

(regarding things outside of the US: Once I had to send a Swedish keyboard to a US company. They had no clue that we have special characters here (and in Denmark, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France too for that matter. After that, their service was adjusted to handle also special characters in European languages πŸ™‚ )
