Evaluating Thoughtly for Voice AI in MedSpa Lead Follow-Up

Is Thoughtly more or less than high level? I have an agency plan and clients are more wanting voice AI. I believe I have the 1100 minute plan. I’m pretty savvy with webhooks and API’s so connecting the dots shouldn’t be an issue. I’m wondering if let’s say 20 MedSpas wants AI to follow up with their leads, is Thoughtly sufficient? Anyone thoughts, ideas and advice is greatly appreciated!
