Setting Up Real-Time Fare Calculation in Thoughtly for Taxi Services

Hey y'all, I need some help figuring out how to pull info from a call in Thoughtly. Say a customer calls a taxi service to book a ride—they share their pickup and drop-off addresses. We then need to calculate the distance and figure out the fare based on that. How do we set this up in Thoughtly? Are we supposed to extract the info into a Google Sheet or another system first, then send it back to Thoughtly so our AI agent can determine the cost? If that's the case, what's the best way to transfer that info in real time during the call? Appreciate any guidance Thanks!
