Request for Help: Trigger Calls and Calendar Appointments in Thoughtly

Hi, I wanted a specific agent to trigger a call everytime a new row is added. It cannot be done as of now, because thoughtly - google sheet integration is broken, I am fixing this by writing an appscript for the sheet to create a contact and then make a call. But how do I select which agent should make the call to the given contact? I will also need the thoughtly to make an appointment in calendly, but that is broken too, should I write a webhook for that too?
