It would be great if we could integrate a WebRTC call widget directly into our websites, allowing users to connect with the Thoughtly bot via audio or text chat without relying on a Twilio connection. This would provide a seamless, real-time communication experience without the need for third-party telephony services, reducing costs and potential service dependencies. By leveraging WebRTC’s peer-to-peer capabilities, we could enable high-quality audio interactions alongside a built-in text chat feature, giving users the flexibility to communicate in the way that best suits them.
