They already use Pinecone. Maybe you can clarify what you want so the rest of us understand it too?

Well, I am not part of the Thoughtly team, so I was just telling what they have told on the weekly meetings. I am though of the impression that this is how they build the Genius

I would build it something more like this. Instead of using genius to try to figure out context of your data you import data you import use a vector data base so the accuracy is closer to 100% when it responds to a user on the phone or text.
