Update Agent Notifications to Include External Email Addresses

Please add email address in the enable notifications section of the agents. I want to be able to send notifications to people that are not on my team.

you can also add a post-call automation to do this very easily.

Yes, do rely on automations for this. It's very likely post call actions will become automations at some point down the road.
