Enhancing Agent Realism with Acknowledgment Sounds in Calls

It would be cool if the agent could use “mm-hm” and “uh-huh” when the caller is speaking to acknowledge understanding. Would sound a lot more real.

    have you tried adding that into the advanced prompts?

    Yes, but I haven't had the agent once interrupt me yet. I'm pretty sure Thoughtly agents are programmed not to interrupt. People interrupt each other, even if briefly, in normal conversation. Even if on the edges of their turns (i.e. my last word and their first word). 100% politeness (zero interruption) is unnatural.
