Suggestions for Improving Calendly Integration in Agent Editor
In the 1.5 agent editor, if you add an action, there's nothing indicating that you need to update the action. Maybe having the action item added flash in red would make people notice it needs an edit? Tooltips with expectation, or a help icon next to each thing would be helpful? If you go this route, you may want to make that a toggleable feature in settings.
On the 'Add a Tool' for Calendly, when you hit the dropdown to change the timezone, there's nothing automatically listed, on a typical dropdown you would see your available options. The way you have the form setup you have to remove the existing entry to see the available options.
If you do a bot training session and something in the flow is broken, there's nothing that indicates a broken flow. This is the same regardless of 1.0 or 1.5 agent editor.
In the 1.5 editor, for Calendly 'Get available times', it's asking for the direct URL. Doesn't that negate the Tools area?
Calendly get available times Timezone, can it return like a standard search result rather than returning based on a 'starts with'?
Do I need to even add the 'Get available times' or will the bot automatically do that if I have the Calendly tool added? The lack of guidance in the tool can be quite frustrating.
Ability to kickoff SMS agent flow through Automation. With a call kickoff, we specify the agent to use, with SMS we do not have that type of option. If a user chooses to allow SMS on a form submission on our website, we would prefer a SMS conversation, otherwise, we would do a call.
