Re-evaluating Usage Replenishment Structure for Better Clarity

Torrey Leonard Colin Carlos Can you guys explain the thought process here and are you open to re-evaluating as this structure makes absolutely no sense. I don't think I've seen this like this on any other platform.... rolling usage replenishment?

Having rolling-credit usage allows those with AppSumo credits the ability to plan/schedule months out easily. For example, if you have a campaign every month on the 15th, credits will always be available by then.

honestly, please do rethink -- it's a very hard thing to manage. Credits should refill on a certain date (beginning of month) -- everyone now would be past the first month, so that would be an easy way.

We can switch to based on day of month that the account was created

that works too, but now that people are well past the whole month, might be easier to just set it to the 1st.

if you have future AS then pro-rate the credits based on the 1st of the month

Torrey Leonard Day of the month account was created (as in the subscription started) - or as Tony K says, every 1st of the month - are both definitely superior. Please do make the change to either ASAP. Thanks!
