    oh you missed the conversation. We were trying to get the callerid working for our Thoughtly numbers so we could use callerID on different agents for different applications but still coming from the same company

    Some suggestions were to use the call forward on an agent to get the number callerid verified, but it didn't work.

    since we are paying for those numbers, they should be callerid verified automatically and applied to outbound callerID so that one company doesn't have 4-10 numbers for different outbound agents, but we could use a single number (maybe it is a thoughtly number for the main company agent)
