is is possible to make the voice bot multilingual? When I try to switch language it remains in the pre chosen one. This is essential for us to use thoughtly. I’m trying to work around this by tagging leads with a language preference in our CRM. but for inbound calls with new users that’s not possible

    Not at the moment, you'd have to handle this with multiple agents, one for each language and then do some automations to transfer between agents at some point of the conversation.
