Understanding Credit Replenishment: 30-Day Cycle Explained
Tony K Yes, you do get the credits you were promised, but not in bulk at the start of each month. Instead, each credit takes 30 days to be replenished from the date it was used. For example, letâs say youâre given 100 credits per month. On April 1st, you start with 100 credits. That day (April 1st) you receive a caller and you use 25 credits, leaving you with 75 for the rest of the month. Since credits are replenished individually after 30 days, those 25 credits will return on May 1st. Great... Now, on April 29th, you use your remaining 75 credits all at once due to a very talkative caller. You might expect to have 100 credits again on May 1st, but thatâs not how the system works. Instead, on May 1st, youâll only have access to the 25 credits that were replenished from April 1st. The 75 credits you used on April 29th wonât be available again until May 29thâexactly 30 days later. So, thereâs no bulk reset. Each credit is replenished individually, 30 days after it was used.
