Request for Account Deletion and Data Removal

Please, I have been asking for several days and through several tickets to have my account deleted! I do not want to receive any more emails from you. Delete all the data from my account. I am not interested in this app that works poorly, please accept the ticket and respond. Thanks

The fellow Slack community members won't be able to help here, but I can certainly get the team to move this along internally! As an aside, I'm sorry to hear that you had troubles using Thoughtly. We're working hard to improve, so please feel free to let me know where we went wrong!

    I repeat: Please delete my account. I tried to talk to you some time ago about the errors and why it doesn't work well, but since you didn't take me into account and this remains the same, I found another service that has everything well set up and everything works. Thanks to that, I was able to create my voice agents without any problems and they are working in my company. So, I ask you to please delete my data.
