Absolutely. I built a version 1.8 agent that automatically calls individuals who’ve submitted a form on our website. It collects their information and asks for their preferred date and time to schedule a discovery call. I’ve set up mid-call actions—first to check availability using one Speak node, followed by another Speak node that schedules the appointment after confirmation. However, despite the agent saying it’s completing the task, nothing is actually going through on any of the platforms I tested, including Calendly, Zoho Books, and Zcal (which uses the same software as Calendly).
