Addressing Call Recording Issues for Better Communication

Colin I don't recall if you remember, but before there was not a call recording after a call. I just had it on a demo... it doesn't feel nice when speaking to people when things don't work. (I noticed because it didn't work but since I am manually triggering I saw that it was empty -- I went in to check to make sure the variable name was set correctly).
