Request for Account Cancellation and Refund After Charge
I have submitted my information to cancel on 4/4 and then get charged yesterday. I cannot call anyone to get a resolution on this. Submitted back to the original ticket. I would like someone to look into this, cancel, and refund my renewal. I was told on 4/8 that my renewal was disabled but obviously it was not. There is no way I can manage my account payments or billing information either so I am unable to do this. I really just want to be done with this but getting very irritated at this point.
