Request for Account Cancellation and Refund After Charge

I have submitted my information to cancel on 4/4 and then get charged yesterday. I cannot call anyone to get a resolution on this. Submitted back to the original ticket. I would like someone to look into this, cancel, and refund my renewal. I was told on 4/8 that my renewal was disabled but obviously it was not. There is no way I can manage my account payments or billing information either so I am unable to do this. I really just want to be done with this but getting very irritated at this point.     Hey Trevor, looks like your screenshot says renewal is in August. Mind opening a ticket with Colin via Intercom? That way we can keep billing stuff out of Slack

    That was a typo from your team Torrey Leonard. I think I opened up a support ticket already through the email. Hope for a fast resolution on this.
