Good morning everone I saw that post about price comparison of live agent ver Thought.ly agent. This comes from my 30 years of experience running a tech support call center. The biggest savings in using Thought.ly agent is the off peak hours. Paying a live agent to sit beside the phone waiting for 1 call per hour is very expensive. While there is $0 cost for the Thought.ly agent to wait for that call.
