Issues with Agents Not Opening and Poor Latency on Platform

Maksym Protsenko Alex Casella (Thoughtly) The agents are not opening from the platform. If you click on them, they just keep spinning "loading". I did call the number and it works if you call the number. Also, it just seems to be the agents. They library and phone numbers does load. The latency is also really bad this morning.
