Hi Ron Johnson, yes there is a way to see your sent SMS! You need to navigate to the "Phone Numbers" page on the left hand side of the platform, and then navigate to the "SMS" page on the top right side to see which SMS your agent sent to your contacts.

Maksym Protsenko - I'm trying to work with the GHL integration. I'm getting some inconsistencies. Some of my agents have the ability to add a GHL action to a Speak Node. Most however, have an action as a separate node, but the GHL integration doesn't show up as an option. Can I get some guidance here? Thanks.
Hi Xan Hong, this is because most likely you have different agent versions - v1.0 and v1.8. To use GHL for v1.0 agents you have to add a connection with GHL here > [Integrations], add a new "Tool" in the agent, and then create an "Action" node in the v1.0 agent itself, and select GHL in the "Action" node's dropdown. However, to use GHL for v1.8 agents you have to add a new action in one of your "Speak" nodes, and set up a connection from that action's settings. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Maksym Protsenko - is there a way to transfer calls between agents without the phone ringing during the transfer process so it seems like one seamless call?
Xan Hong Currently there is no way to accomplish that, since the agent is technically transferring a caller to another phone number, and it will ring anyway.
Maksym Protsenko - it would make it easier to build these as multiple agents that we can seamlessly transfer between vs 1 big agent. Would be more efficient. Thanks.
