Fixing Bot Dialing Issues with HubSpot Workflow Integration

How do I stop my bot from dialing? It's continuing to call people even when it's supposed to have stopped. Due to my workflow on hubspot stopping calls at a specific time.

    what is the trigger? It wouldn't be thoughtly then that is triggering the calls if you are using API

    Well its triggered by a lead status and a workflow in Hubspot. However, i see in a Workflow in Thoughtly there's like 600 queued calls.

    Is there a way to just temporarily turn off the bot to stopp doing actions?

    oh ok, so you do have an automation in thoughtly -- you can turn it off, but I don't know what it does with the queued calls

    Colin I have had weird things when trying to turn on / off an automation. Sometimes it does nothing, and other times it works.

    yeah exactly tried on my laptop and PC and finally changed

    but the calls are still triggering

    I set it to draft so no more will start, but there are at least a few hundred already in progress automations for these calls.

    calls will still go out without a number attached

    Unfortunately for outbound it would just go out through our default number

    Thats not ideal, is there no kill switch or something to just stop them cuz at this pace ill be dialing people until 4am

    I'm sure Colin will give you an update when he has one... can you actually see the calls happening right now in the thoughtly automation? I use all my automations through n8n so I haven't used theirs

    Colin So this might be something you want to add as a feature request as outbound calling has rules in the US when related to marketing reasons. And I think after 10pm you can't call someone I attached the FCCs rulings below. https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/complying-telemarketing-sales-rule

    So maybe a way to set a schedule in your account when the bots or automations are allowed to call out.
