Have had a ticket in since Wednesday with no movement. I've received a few 'we need more information' messages (Yes, that is the extent of the response, no clarification of 'what' information is needed). Is there any way to speak to someone? I have a question about my account/billing. It surely cannot be that complex, but there is no information in my subscription tab. Is there an actual person who can help? Ticket 3270
