Improving Audio Chopping: Solutions for Repeats and Interruptions

Same problems with chopping audio, and it seems the repeat issue and also interruptions the same here - any way to put a wait or pause for a second after the called stops talking so to not cut off? Is the repeating situation based off the type of sentiment?
