Clarification Needed: Discrepancy in Calling Pricing Rates

seems like a discrepancy in pricing. You guys have said $0.10 per minute of calling, where if 30,000 credits is $270, then it is $0.09 per minute. What is it?

Hey Tony, it should be 9¢ per minute as per our docs: https://docs.thoughtly.com/platform/billing

Torrey Leonard - when you go to billing it shows as $0.09 per minute based on pricing and credits -- should be updated then 🙂 Also does it calculate to the second?

Wait, I’m lost 😅 $0.09 = 9¢, this is our cost on a per-minute basis of calling. Did I miss something? And yes, it is to the second based on the recording length (if available), otherwise it uses Twilio’s reported call duration.
