Torrey Leonard Still not able to send an sms from v1.5

Hey Val, What’s your setup look like?

I'm getting this error when trying to send a sms. It happens on every v1.5 agent. Invalid 'To' Phone Number: undefXXXX

That's weird, the to field should be populated from the Call Completed trigger, right?

No, I'm doing it in call

I want to keep these agents small.

Oh I see, is this on every single call?

Or is this just when testing the workflow?

So far on this agent

The other 3 agents I rebuilt into v1.5 had the same problem but after reconnecting the numbers, going in and out, it went away

This one is being stubborn

it even doesnt work on transfer

the agent getting the transfer isn't sending it either.

Now it's coming back on other agents...

What am I doing wrong?
