Creating an Effective Workflow with Thoughtly for Facebook Ads Leads

Hi just recently came across thoughtly. I want to create a workflow for my client. When a person submits a form on Facebook ads... Call lead immediately and handle it, schedule appointments, send reminders before appointment. If he doesnt pickup follow up via sms, email and phone over the course of 10 days. All these can be setup on thoughtly and if yes anyone can help? Also is there any dashboard or something that i can give access to my client to see whats happening? Also for sending sms do i have to register for a2p?
