Request to Fix Hindi Language Settings in Application

Maksym Protsenko Colin Hi guys is there an issue with the language settings? Seems like Russian and German are working, but if I don't want to revisit WWII, can we get Hindi to work? Thanks! 🤣

    Update: Setting is still broken, but if I add the request to speak in Advanced Prompt, it works.

    Hi there, could you provide some additional detail about the issue for me so we can troubleshoot further? Do you mean Hindi language is not working at all, or the start node is not speaking Hindi?

    This agent only speaks Hindi because I added a prompt into Advanced. I did it before with just the selection and It only worked on Spanish, Russian and German. https://app.thoughtly.com/agent/NqQ8lsvP

    Hi Val/AdValorem I took a look in to this for you. I believe this issue come from the scripting being in English, specifically the start node. Could you edit the script to be written and Hindi and let me know if you still have this issue?

    Hey Val/AdValorem, thank you for brining this problem to our attention. Colin is right. This makes a lot of sense. Today I spoke to another Thoughtly customer, and his script was fully written in Russian, but the language was set to Ukrainian, and his agent started that call in Russian, not in Ukrainian. If you want your AI agent to always speak the same language properly - you need to make sure that both - your script, and the selected language are in the same language. Otherwise your AI agent will stick to the language of your script, and not to the selected language. I hope this helps you! Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
