Join Our Alpha Test for In-Call Language Switching Feature

@here We’re currently testing a pre-alpha version of in-call language switching. This allows calls to seamlessly switch languages (e.g., automatically switching to Spanish if the caller speaks Spanish) without needing to transfer to another agent. Soon, we’ll need help testing this feature in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, and Dutch.
