Integrating SharePoint Data into a Voice Agent for Recruitment

I have created a voice agent for candidate screening since our company is a recruitment company. So, I have the data of the shortlisted candidates in a Sharepoint list and I am trying to dynamically use the data such as the name for example in my voice agent during the call but there seems to be no way of using data that is external in Thoughtly. Does anyone have an idea of how to go about it?

If you know the number, and it's inbound then you can do an automation to get the data from SharePoint and give it as context to the agent If it's outbound, the same thing
