Effective Lead Automation: Streamlining Calls and Notifications

After a month of tinkering and support from the team I was able to create 2 simple automations for (incoming webhook) that would take an inbound lead from a form, email them a note "I'm going to call you soon", text them a note "I'm going to call you soon", then make the call in one automation flow. In another, I start with "on call completed", I "extract fields" with (True/False) conditions and send them to Integrately (via outgoing webhook). It works, and it works well! All this is triggered by one form, which identifies the leads from an outbound email flow and triggers the automations. Thank you Thoughtly team! Great work! Now it's time to replicate and scale!

Val/AdValorem what do you pass into the agent in the metadata and how do you refer to that in the actual agent? Can you show the agent as well as the details on the call contact node?

you are using call contact... how did you get it to call, mine says user has no number, and then how do you pass variables into the agent so it uses them?

on your call, you aren't using custom fields? I don't see any metadata passed to your call

also, your contact id is the actual contact ID .id mine is the node.id

I can get Call Phone Number to call if I give the phone number, but none of my metadata is passing

You need to start with only 1 step. If none of your data is passing there is an issue with the functions you are selecting

I did simplify down to 1 step... I had a look for phone number if not found then create, but now it is just look up contact by phone number

Maybe start with a fresh webhook, do not duplicate flow. Start new flows. I had an issue when i did that before.
