Rob Tiller Quick wins for me are inbound/outbound sales/follow up agents and IVR setups. Spend time with the ai agent… call it a lot, try to break it, adjust the guardrails… just takes a few tries to find the sweet spot between voices, prompt, outcomes, rules, advanced prompt and genius. Approach it like you’re training an employee, it takes time, it will make mistakes at first and its probably your fault 🤣
