    Great to hear, what languages are deploying in? I'm not having so great time with multilingual setup. Also the agent takes 30 seconds to pickup the call 😥

    30 seconds to pick up the inbound call? Wow, I have not noticed that yet outside of an anomoly. Are you US located?

    Rob Tiller Quick wins for me are inbound/outbound sales/follow up agents and IVR setups. Spend time with the ai agent… call it a lot, try to break it, adjust the guardrails… just takes a few tries to find the sweet spot between voices, prompt, outcomes, rules, advanced prompt and genius. Approach it like you’re training an employee, it takes time, it will make mistakes at first and its probably your fault 🤣
